Fragrances consist of a head not, a heart note and a base note.
Head note: The head note is immediately noticeable in the first few minutes after the fragrance begins to spread from the materials. As the head note is the first to be sensed, it shapes the first impression that you have of the fragrance.
Heart note: The heart note of the fragrance is first perceived in the hours after the head note has evaporated and represents the individual character of each fragrance.
Base note: The base note lasts fort he longest amount of time and lets the fragrance fade away softly and pleasantly.
IFRA is the International Fragrance Association known as the International Fragrance Association. It is an establishment established in Geneva in 1973 to represent the common interests of the perfume industry and its purpose is; to ensure the healthy and safe use of all essences worldwide. IFRA experts evaluate the odor data to ensure that the substances used in the fragrance in the standards determined by RIFM do not pose any risk to the consumer. IFRA certifies that the fragrance substances used in the product comply with international norms with the IFRA Conformity Certificate.
